G&A ROBOT Begin?
G&A ROBOT was founded in 2017 with a clear belief: automation should make everyday life more convenient while creating better products and customer experiences.
Founder Steven Zhang brought together a multidisciplinary team that included Kai Geng, an engineering specialist; Leo Li, an experienced foodservice operator; and Aaron Liang, focused on product and beverage innovation. Their combined expertise shaped G&A ROBOT’s approach to robotic technology and automated foodservice.
How Was the Technology Developed?
From 2017 to 2024, the G&A ROBOT team focused on research, engineering, testing, and continuous product improvement. During this period, the company advanced its robotic equipment, software systems, food safety standards, certifications, operational processes, and customer experience.
This extended development process helped transform an early idea into a practical commercial foodservice solution designed to perform reliably in real-world environments.
When Did G&A ROBOT Launch Its First Commercial Robot?
In 2024, G&A ROBOT launched its first commercial foodservice robot. One of its earliest deployments took place at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, also known as BCIT, in Canada.
The positive response from customers marked an important milestone for the company. It validated the technology, customer experience, operating model, and commercial potential of intelligent robotic foodservice.
